THE PROBLEM
Previously, machine operators had to enter a large number of parameters manually during the start-up process. This represents a significant source of error and, depending on the level of knowledge of the operator, produces not inconsiderable rejects and different product qualities in the start-up phase.
THE SOLUTION
After a one-off start-up phase with optimal parameters, the machine operator has the option of saving his procedure in the system. The machine operator then simply selects the product to be produced from a recipe memory based on the article number and presses a button - the system immediately runs synchronously with the parameters of the last production stored in the recipe.
