Function
- Engel 2K Injection molding machine
- Finished injection molded part will be handled with a Viper handling on a turntable
- Injection molded parts are cooled down to 20°C in the cooling station
- KUKA-Robot removes cooled parts
- The plastic is then activated under a plasma nozzle
- To then apply the 2K foam bead
- Finally, the finished part is placed on the drying belt
